SKOROL Ltd specializes in frozen fillets of pike-perch/zander (sander lucioperca) and lake perch (perca fluviatilis), while also working with North Atlantic cod (gadus morhua) and whitefish (coregonus lavaretus). Directly from Estonia, Middle East, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, our supply of premium quality IQF fillets includes all sizes with either skin-on or skin-off. We can arrange special packaging and labeling. Our operations are HACCP, CFIA and FDA certified.

Our story began in 1994 with the Sprattus factory - one of the first EU-approved production plants in Estonia, and the first to implement the HACCP system in Estonia (1995). In the beginning of the 2000’s trading of frozen fillets reached ca. 2000MT/year. Since that time, our team has built other factories both in Russia and Estonia, e.g. Vettel, which was acquired by institutional investors in 2005. Now we work exclusively with frozen fillets, with a focus on the North-American and European markets.

Our strengths include extensive know-how, flexibility, a wide range of direct connections and a full supply-chain control. We are in the position to make just-in-time deliveries to meet current demands.
